It’s not about fixing yourself—it’s about understanding and supporting your unique sensory and emotional needs with compassion and intention.
My coaching sessions are designed for adults with sensory processing differences and/or neurdoivergent adults who want to take a proactive approach to self-care and regulation. We’ll work together to build awareness of your nervous system patterns and explore personalized strategies that help you feel more balanced, reduce overwhelm, and create sustainable routines that actually work for you.
This is a space where your experiences are validated—not pathologized. The goal is to support your well-being by honoring how your system naturally works and identifying tools that help you thrive on your own terms.
My Approach & How It’s Different
There’s no manual for navigating life as a neurodivergent adult—and no two people experience the world the same way. That’s why my coaching isn’t one-size-fits-all. I use a collaborative, person-centered approach to guide you through a process of self-discovery and help uncover the factors contributing to overwhelm, burnout, or stress—including how your environment, identity, and nervous system all interact.
Unlike generic advice or traditional models that focus on fixing or masking, my coaching is designed to support you as a whole person—validating your lived experience and helping you move toward more ease, clarity, and alignment. Drawing on my background as an occupational therapist, I consider the full context of your life: daily routines, sensory processing, executive functioning, relationships, self-care practices, and more.
Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way and co-create practical, sustainable strategies that support your well-being and honor how you naturally move through the world.
