Regulate your home. Reclaim you.
Parenting in today’s world is harder than ever—constant demands, emotional overload, and the pressure to "get it right" can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, and unsure of who you are beyond your role as a parent.
I help parents break the cycle of chaos in their homes by guiding them toward deeper self-awareness and emotional regulation. Through personalized coaching, you'll learn to recognize and respond to your own needs—as well as the needs of your children and partner—with empathy and clarity. Together, we'll build routines that foster calm, strengthen family bonds, and empower you to parent with confidence and intention. Along the way, you'll reconnect with your identity and develop sustainable self-care practices.
My Approach & How It’s Different
Parenting doesn't come with a manual—and no two families are the same. That’s why my coaching isn’t one-size-fits-all. I use a unique, collaborative method to guide you through a process of self-discovery and help uncover the specific factors contributing to challenges in your home life—including how your own identity, personal needs, and well-being may be affected..
Unlike generic advice or traditional therapy, my coaching is designed to address your family’s unique dynamics with clarity and intention, while also supporting you as a whole person, not just a parent. I also draw on my background as an occupational therapist to look at the bigger picture: your daily routines, home environment, relationships, sensory preferences, and self-care practices. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way and build strategies that work for you and your family.
Who I Work With
I support individuals and families who are navigating complex, often overwhelming seasons of life. My coaching is especially helpful for:
Parents of neurodivergent children or those who need support with emotional regulation or sensory processing differences.
Parents who are exploring their own sensory needs or neurodivergence and want to better understand how it affects their parenting, routines, and relationships.
Parents experiencing life transitions—such as changing careers, becoming a stay-at-home parent, returning to work, expanding their family, or even adjusting to seasonal shifts that disrupt the daily rhythm.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or out of sync with yourself or your family, I’m here to help you create space for clarity, connection, and calm.
